Microwave
Poke 2–3 holes in the film or make slits along each edge of the tray. Heat on high for 1–2 minutes, or until the meal reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Oven
Remove from container and place meal in an oven-safe dish. Heat at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, or until the meal reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Air Fryer
Remove from container and place meal in an air fryer-safe dish. Heat at 350°F for 3–4 minutes, or until the meal reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Food Safety Note:
Keep meals refrigerated at or below 40°F until ready to heat. Always ensure meals reach an internal temperature of 165°F before eating. Consume immediately after reheating, and do not reheat the same meal more than once.
