Our Fit (regular) portions average 400–500 calories and 30 grams of high quality protein, typically with 4oz of protein and 4oz of a side dish. Our Performance (extra protein) portions are larger and include more protein-- typically 8-10oz. While our entrées are portioned for individuals, we do have some customers who prefer to split their entrees into more than one meal/serving. We do offer a la carte proteins and side dishes that include 2 servings.
